Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Social Media Strategy: Lead Jazeera Airways' social media strategy, ensuring our brand voice soars across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), Snapchat, Tiktok, and YouTube.
  • Content Calendar Creation: Build a vibrant, engaging content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, helps grow our fan base, and gets people talking.
  • Copywriting Mastery: Craft sharp, compelling copy that captures attention in both Arabic and English. Whether it’s a catchy Instagram caption, a tweet that trends, or a full-on campaign, you’ll be our go-to writer.
  • Messaging that Matters: Bring Jazeera Airways’ key messages to life – from new routes and service updates to promotions and corporate news – with content that sticks.
  • Multimedia Magic: Collaborate on the production of eye-catching visuals, including videos, infographics, and photos to make posts pop.
  • Accuracy & Consistency: Ensure all social posts are on-brand, accurate, and reflect Jazeera Airways’ tone of voice in both languages.
  • Campaigns & Coordination: Develop campaign briefs based on marketing strategies, collaborate with agency partners, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Community Engagement: Collaborate with our agency and Call Centre to manage customer queries and comments quickly and professionally – whether they're praising us or seeking help.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Dive into the data and deliver regular reports on social media performance to guide future content and strategy.
  • Membership Program Support: Ensure our membership programs are communicated effectively across all social channels, engaging our most loyal customers.


Requirements and Qualifications:



  • Copywriting Expertise: Strong, native-level proficiency in both Arabic and English, with the ability to craft compelling, culturally-relevant copy that resonates with audiences.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing social media for a brand (travel or airline industry preferred).
  • Deep understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Tiktok, YouTube) and their best practices.
  • A flair for creativity and an eye for detail when it comes to producing engaging content.
  • Excellent communication skills – you know how to tailor your messaging to different audiences across different platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
